I recently discovered that by breaking my grocery budget down into groups, instead of one lump sum, it is way easier to stick to my budget. I broke down the entire process in this blog post but it has been a definite game changer as our budget changes and dietary needs make sticking to it even more difficult.
But this got me thinking about goal setting. I usually don’t set specific goals for the year, but more of an atmosphere change or a focus. However, lately I’ve been thinking that maybe if I focused on smaller changes over months vs. the entire year maybe I would be more successful.
So each month I’ll be posting my goals and I hope you will share yours either below in the comments or over on Facebook.
Since November is the month of Thanksgiving, I want to be really mindful about being thankful in my goals this month.
